My style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I draw from evidence based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Solution Focused Therapy. I tailor every session to meet you exactly where you are.

I work from a trauma informed, holistic lens that honors your story, your values and your inner resilience. My role isn’t to give you all the answers. It’s to walk beside you as you rediscover your own.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy traveling, gardening, listening to all genres of music, reading mystery, suspense and urban romance books and spending time with my family. I know firsthand that life can be messy and complicated and also full of beauty and resilience. Therapy, for me, is a place where we can hold all of that.
